When faced with disruption three essential capacities can be accessed: Curiosity - open mind vs. judgment, Compassion - open heart vs. cynicism, Courage - open will vs. fear. We all can access these life giving gifts.
Moving from reaction to response:
When faced with challenges we (individually and collectively) are hard wired for reaction which often makes problems worse. How can we exercise the capacity to respond with less reactivity so we can contribute to healing and wholeness? |
