The 4th movement on the Journey: Co-creation and return

Living Into the Possibilities

Love demands, in its very nature, to be expressed beyond the first person experience.  Love’s boundless excess energy begins to move through the porousness of these days.  Is this Presence - the Universe Story - the All in All, wanting to return to its source?

Co-laboration

Who do we need around us so that we can boldly bring our gifts and insights into the world without judgement and with deep respect?

The challenges we are facing in the world can seem quite dark today. The negative forces are very strong, and the progressive development of consciousness and love sometimes feels very weak. But there is also a great evolution of love and light.  Sometimes referred to as "The Great Turning" an evolution is indeed happening, as people like you and I join hands with others on this journey of awakening.

Though the story of separation is strong, the reality of connection is stronger. In so many places, there are signs of the Love working at all levels of society, almost in tandem with the emergence of unbelievable violence, fear and hatred all over the world.

As C. G. Jung said, “Where we stumble and fall is where we find pure gold,” the gold of the Journey, the hidden gold of our own souls, and then the beautiful unfolding  of the whole creation.

Prototyping

"Act in an instant. Explore the future by doing. Develop a prototype. A prototype explores the future by doing something small, speedy, and spontaneous; it quickly generates feedback from all the key stakeholders and allows you to evolve and iterate your idea."
–Otto Scharmer

This is the fun part.  It can also be more than a little scary.  Don't wait too long to put your experience into action.  Try something new and bold.

Prototyping moves an idea or innovation into a concrete next step. Prototyping translates an idea or a concept into concrete action.

Remember prototypes are an early draft of what the final result might look like which means that they often go through several iterations based on the feedback generated from others.

The purpose of prototyping is to create an experiment that allows you to explore the future by doing. Prototypes work on the principle of “failing early to learn quickly.”

Challenge: Discouragement (half heartedness)

Practice: Encouragement  (speaking courage into each other's emergence)
The 4th threshold: Return Renewed
