PURPOSEfuL LEaDERSHIP IN
DISRUPTIVE TIMES

It is time to step into our full potential as purposeful leaders in this time of crisis.

May 26 - July 7 on Zoom
Tuesdays 8:00 - 9:30 PM ET (US)

(Find your local time here)
If this time doesn't suit your schedule, don't worry!
You can also participate by joining the community on Purposeful Leadership learning platform.
The Tuesday sessions will be recorded and available for you to watch on your own time.

Our first meeting on May 26 does not require a commitment, so please feel free to join and decide if it's right for you!
Purposeful Leadership in Disruptive Times is a 7-week training for those who are ready to step into their full potential to be leaders in this time of great disruption.  We will journey together to fully awaken our hearts and minds, not just for our own greater well-being but also to bring benefit, solace, and wisdom to other living beings.

We are hard-wired for reaction when faced with disruption. It takes intention and practice to learn how to respond.
This 7-week experience will be convened by Terry Chapman and Craig Neal. This Journey is an evolving, co-creative resource that is a field guide and practice that will help leaders build resilience and respond to unfolding disruption with compassion and courage.

Seven 90-minute gatherings via ZOOM

Supported by online resources

Community of Practice

Using Zoom we will connect with other leaders who will become allies on the path. See this orientation to the Zoom platform. Connection details sent by email.
The adventure will be supported by online resources, including The Journey Field Guide and learning platform accessible only to those registered for the program.
Become a part of an ongoing Community of Practice where leaders can continue to support one another as they integrate the learnings in their contexts.
Tuition is determined by the participant on a “Choose What You Pay” scale.
Each participant will decide for themselves what "tuition" amount feels right, clear, and fair, reflecting their financial condition as well as their feeling of value and gratitude. A 7-week experience of this kind might cost between $700 and $1000. But, zero is welcome as well. In this regard, we are intentionally living into a basic principle of gift — so we will not specify what the return gift shall be. We trust your judgment about what represents a commitment on your part and respects your financial situation.

Now is our time. We sense we are called to feel and respond to the full catastrophe of our time. Though many numb out, deny, get lost in work, self medicate, and find other strategies to pretend that this is just "business as usual," we know in our bones, that we are called to step up to lead and to step into the role as elders who can serve others as companions and guides. Yet how do we navigate if we endlessly repeat the unfolding stories of disasters in our minds, and only see the potential continued disintegration ahead?  How do we find the way to navigate if we don't have a field guide, and allies to walk with us?

Coronavirus. Climate degradation. Migration. Political polarization. Racism. Poverty. Fundamentalism. Terrorism.  Economic disparity. Though there are advances in medicine, reduction in extreme poverty, and other advances worldwide, we are living in perilous times. And the potential of profound personal, societal, and global renewal has never been more real.  Now is the time to step up to learn how to live, love, and lead in and through these challenging times!
