Claudia EisingerClaudia has over 25 years of experience as a convener, workshop and retreat facilitator, and research group moderator globally, nationally, and locally. She is passionate about creating appreciative environments where people feel valued, where authentic engagement is cultivated leading to deep relationships of trust, and where creativity, and inspiration thrive in service of the greater good.
“It is vital that each one’s voice and unique perspective are heard and each one’s gifts are valued, especially in an environment where a shared vision can be cultivated and honored. It is a doorway to healing humanity and collectively realizing our true potential. Then, we can co-create a bright future of possibility and success in innovative ways that work for all.” Claudia also has a developed capacity to "see" and "sense" the deeper cultural and social contexts of diverse groups, systems, and countries to better understand drivers of motivation and behavior. She feels most alive when she is cooking with abandon, sailing into the setting sun in an 18-knot breeze, Alpine skiing on a blue-sky day, or hiking a tall peak, especially in service of a good cause and when such experiences are shared with good friends and family. She is also a traveler at heart who loves “getting” a culture like a local. Claudia currently lives with her dog, Baci, on Lake Champlain just north of Burlington, Vermont. |
