Jeff Steckley, OCT
Jeff served for 17 years as Teacher, Workshop Leader, Committee Chairperson, Forum Participant and Action Researcher with the Waterloo Region District School Board and for 15 years as Facilitator of diverse programming of ministries with the Mennonite Church Eastern Canada. He has been motivated by an insatiable curiosity and desire to help others learn and grow in ways that lead to whole-hearted life engagement that also contributes to the lives of others. He has honed the ability to see the larger picture as well as the incremental steps that facilitate a response to changing environments. As a connected networker, teacher and facilitator, Jeff’s focus on leadership equipping is supported by strong people skills. His approach is best suited to organizations that embrace social innovation and entrepreneurship across sectors. Jeff provides learning contexts for leaders who are longing to have safe and transparent conversations about personal, career and community matters. He identifies as a life-long learner who is committed to curating transformational spaces which deeply honour diverse journeys and life experiences. |
