Elizabeth 

Elizabeth (Liz) is Principal of Becker & Company Consulting, which specializes in supporting leaders and their organizations reaching their full potential with transformative coaching, retreats, and facilitation Elizabeth’s expertise in strategy, sales, marketing, operations and organizational and leader development comes from her client work and previous executive roles at Salesforce, Lucent Technologies (AlcatelLucent), Marriott, Women Presidents’ Organization, and the Professional BusinessWomen of California. She studied hospitality at Penn State, and holds certifications from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business in General, Financial and Product Management. She is a certified Art of Convening practitioner and also uses World Café, Appreciative Inquiry and The Art of Hosting modalities. Elizabeth is currently a 2019 Interfaith Ministry ordination and Spiritual Direction certificate  candidate at The Chaplaincy Institute in Berkeley, CA and lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.
