About Contemplative Leadership Lab (CL2)
CL2 supports community leaders, in authentic spaces of engagement, to broaden their use of contemplative and innovative practices. The aim is to expand leaders’ understanding and experience of a wider and deeper context to reveal and transform the illusions of separation - within self, with other and with the planet - for the purpose of illuminating and accelerating opportunities for innovation and action in their communities.
CL2’s mission is to build the capacity of leaders through awareness-based framework and processes which, in addition to the the MIT Presencing Institute’s toolkit, include Contemplative Practices, The Journey Framework, The Discernment Pathway, and The Art Convening. CL2 partners with spirit-attuned communities and individuals to respond to today’s pressing challenges from a non-anxious place of love versus reacting in fear.
CL2 emphasizes the importance of journeying into the mystery of Spirit and Soul as the Source of inspiration to more efficiently incubate creative collaborations that address pervasive social challenges in ways that are sustainable for the planet. We intentionally include the Divine/Source as team member - present at both the micro and macro levels.
